He will take the time to answer all your questions, make suggestions, clarify any doubts or concerns you may have and he will do whatever is necessary to resolve them in the quickest time possible. He is the most friendly, helpful, patient, honest and makes himself available to answer any questions/concerns on his personal line outside of business hours.
